Description of the Project
The turn-key Project consisted of the engineering, procurement and construction of the international airport terminal building and the domestic terminal building fitted with all modern mechanical, electrical, electronic and air navigation systems. The design and execution of this project was elected as the “Outstanding Steel Construction of 2001” by the ECCS (The Europan Convention for Constructional Steel Work) and the contractors were awarded with “European Award for Steel Structure”.
