Description of the Project
The seven-phase Project consists of the engineering, procurement and construction of the blocks as well as landscaping in Alkent 2000 on turn-key basis. The first and second phases of the project have already been completed. The first phase of the project consisted of the construction of 284 villas, 12 blocks with 208 condominiums, a shopping center and recreational facilities, with a total closed area of 125.000 m².
The second phase of the project consisted of the construction of 287 villas and recreational facilities, with a total closed area of 110.000 m².
Alkent 2000 is a spectacular recreation town in a rich green valley lying down the shores of Buyukcekmece Lake.
