Description of the Project
The turn-key Project consisted of the engineering, procurement and execution of all civil, mechanical and electrical works of a factory building which would produce valuable papers such as securities, stamps, and especially the banknotes of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation. The plant is one of the largest and most modern paper mills in Russia.
