Description of the Project
The turn-key Project consisted of engineering, procurement and execution of all civil, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation works of the wastewater treatment plant and a spent caustic neutralisation unit. The wastewater treatment plant was built for treating the effluents of ballast water (750 m³/hour), oily wastewater containing ammonia and sulphuric acid (500 m³/hour), storm water (500 m³/hour) discharged from the refinery complex.
